Project Architect
AERC is currently searching for a Project Architect to join our team. Our firm uses Revit software exclusively, using BIM from concept through Construction, so Revit experience is highly recommended. As we are a small firm, our Project Architects are heavily involved in all aspects of project design, development and construction, so Client relational skills are important as well as design ability and constructability knowledge and experience.
Not only is AERC on the forefront of BIM technology and its application, we are constantly pushing the envelope and exploring additional ways to bring this technology to bear to improve our design efforts and improve project delivery. We are also deeply committed and experienced in Sustainable Design and would prefer any applicants share these values, including LEED AP accreditation.
